Analysis

Suria Kinrara in Bandar Kinrara like all service apartments found all over the property markets, cater to a specific type of residents. The very purpose of living within a serviced apartment spells convenience on many levels.
In terms of cost, Suria Kinrara is a cheap serviced apartment with many facilities such as an IT Centre, nursery, and a kindergarten. In addition, this apartment is in a strategic location and has good accessbility being near Jalan Puchong and Lebuhrarya Shah Alam (KESAS).
However, in terms of quality there may be some issues. Although the project was completed by IJM, it was actually launched by Talam, who was a property developing company that hope to get out of its PN17 status. It was reported that Talam only completed 30% of it before abandoning for a few years before IJM took over and completed it.
With this in mind, Suria Kinrara may be in an excellent location but there may be structural issues. If you do wish to purchase a unit here, please do check your unit thoroughly before buying it.
