Analysis
Sri Cassia is set on the outskirts of Puchong, ensuring that there will be no traffic congestion within the neighbourhood; residents will only need to endure traffic woes when they head towards the town or city. From all accounts, residents find Sri Cassia a pleasant place to stay in and recommend it highly for new families. However this apartment might not be the best for all families as it is a walk-up apartment that does not provide lifts for the elderly or the less capable.
As an investment Sri Cassia does not show much appreciation in price over the years, perhaps due to its location. In the year 2010 this property was selling for an average of RM150,000 to RM195,000 and now 3 years later it is selling for RM230,000 onwards. As a long term investment Sri Cassia might prove fruitful, but at the moment it is certainly more suitable as a permanent residence for young families.
