Analysis
Koi Legian is considered a low density condominium which appeals to most people as a plus point for the fact that privacy is more important nowadays. Although some might doubt it as a good investment opportunity due to its leasehold title, most of investors here are gaining handsome rental yield.
However, there were comments of the lack of parking spaces provided by the management for each unit as each unit can only get one parking space and with most households having more than one car, this proposes as a problem. Not only that, some tenants are worried about a murder case that occurred in year 2011 which happened in one of the units might affect the value of some of the units there.
