The development is part of a 149-acre development named Lake Side City located beside the lake of Tasik Prima. Phase one of the development is expected to be completed mid of 2017.

Analysis
The developers’ parent company is the Masteron Group. The company was established since 1981, and Masteron Group has had over 32 years of experience in the field of property development. Among their completed high-rise condominium developments within the area of Puchong are Koi Tropika, Koi Legian and Koi Kinrara, and the currently ongoing Koi Prima development. The feedback received for Masteron’s workmanship turns out to be mixed. Certain purchasers have had bad experiences with them whereas others felt that they were an honest company selling at reasonable prices.
The location of the development is certainly ideal; and the future phases planned by Masteron would most likely be carried out without many hitches as companies don’t survive in a particular industry for decades without knowing what they are doing. As Puchong would see a significant upgrade in terms of infrastructure as the planned LRT rail is expected to go right through the area, significant appreciation in the future is to be expected.
