Analysis
Car parking at Sri Alpinia is insufficient within the apartment as most units own more than a car. Excessive cars are parked by the roadsides just in front the apartment entrance.
In terms of pricing, it seems that the market price of Sri Alpinia has been stagnant since the past 3 years which the prices start from RM110,000 in 2008 and still from the same range in 2011. The wide price range is factored by the level of the unit whereby lower floor units are quoted at higher price.
Compared to nearby apartments, Sri Alpinia is among the cheapest ones in the vicinity. If you have extra budget, you should consider Sri Cassia which has larger built-up size of 845 sf and a swimming pool. Sri Cassia is priced from RM160,000.
