Analysis

Many have commented that Impian Heights is a good investment as it is a lot more affordable as compared to Koi Kinrara which is also a condominium situated within the same neighborhood. However, units facing KESAS Highway can propose as a negative point to some as there are also complaints of noise pollutions from the highway.
There are also good reviews stating that Impian Heights is a very convenient area to live in as the many highways located nearby enables the residents to travel to many different parts of town such as Kuala Lumpur and also to the Petaling Jaya area. Although it is an old condominium, most units as well as the facilities are still well maintained.
