Analysis

Parking is an issue at Palm Terrace as each unit can only bring in 1 car. Hence, one may find cars being parked by the roadsides at most times.
Sometimes, one may find units of Palm Terrace in the auction market with reserved prices ranging from RM82,000. Besides auction units, some desperate sellers are willing to sell their units below market price, at about RM75,000. Most of these bargained units are Bumiputera units.
If you have larger budget, perhaps you should look for Palm Ville (also known as Palm Villa) which located opposite Palm Terrace. It is also a similar walk-up low rise apartment but offers larger built-up size of about 1,050 sf and complete with better facilities including a swimming pool and children’s playground to name a few.
