Analysis
Although Kinrara Ria is a medium cost apartment, it is well kept and well maintained. Some units facing the Shah Alam Highway might experience some noise and air pollution but so far, there are no major complaints regarding those issues. Kinrara Ria is easily connected with other areas as the Shah Alam Highway is located very near to the apartment and Jalan Puchong, which is one of the main routes connecting Kinrara Ria to other parts of town is also sited not far away from the apartment – making travelling a breeze. However, the daily traffic congestion around many parts of Puchong remains a constant issue to many residents staying in Puchong.
