Koi prima is a proud development of Masteron, who also developed Koi Kinrara, D’Aman Residence, Lake Side City, Sentral Vista, Calisa Residences, Koi Legian and Koi Tropika in the same vicinity. Even though located in Puchong, this residence is located further inside Puchong, far away from most of the amenities. Most people would consider the price as expensive due to it’s location.
Moreover, Koi Prima will also increase the population as well as traffic in this area, meantime buyers should also note that this is not the only development of Mastron in this place. There are also few other high rise development which eventually will increase the population sky high. For the early bird promotion, the developer offers loan margin up to 95%, free legal fees for the SPA, as well as 7% Bumi discounts.
